Open Access Policy

Approximation Theory and Special Functions (ATSF) is an open-access journal. All content is freely available online immediately upon publication without any subscription or access charges.

Readers may access and download all articles free of charge. Further use, sharing, and redistribution are subject to the license applicable to each article.

Articles published in 2025 and in the first issue of 2026 (Volume 2, Issue 1) remain licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

Starting with Volume 2, Issue 2 (2026), articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits sharing and adaptation, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated.

The journal does not charge any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees.
